Prison Break Text Adventure Game

Since I’m learning how games are made as part of my education, I’d like to share my latest finished project with you–a prison break text game! Yes, I wrote the text. It’s not very long. I’d love it if you checked it out and told me what you think! This was to help me learn C#. You can get it (to play on Windows) as part of my retro game pack that you can download from Google Drive by clicking here.

        1. Thanks Gary! I’m trying to learn as much as I can. I want to use the models I make, or at least understand how they will work/be used in a game, and to do that, I need to understand how games are made. So I have to backtrack a little and learn some programming and software, but it’s worth it if I can create better art as a result.

  1. Fun game. Reminds me of the days I used to play text games like Zork and then the great Sierra games like the various Quests (ie Hero’s, Police, King’s, Space … Quest).

  2. I got free on my first run through. I don’t mean to brag, but Al Capone got nothin’ on me.

Now to go back in and see how many fun ways I can fail!
